Legal action against five for breaking the deadline and keeping the shop open

Jamnagar Dt. 30: Five accused running a clothing, cutlery, cold drinks and paan shop in Jamnagar yesterday violated the rules of Unlock-1 and kept the shop open till late. Police have registered a case against four persons for kicking at night without any reason.

Unlock-1 was given across the state including Jamnagar. Despite the system allowing traders to keep the shop open till 7 pm, the police have registered a case of breach of declaration against its manager Kumbhabhai Maldebhai Ahir after a leaf shop called Royal Deluxe near Samarpan Circle was found open after 7 pm yesterday. Jagdishbhai Naranbhai Kutchi Bhanushali's shop called Deep Jyot in Tirupati Park on Dhinchada Road was also open till late. Police have taken action against both.

Chirag Chandrakantbhai Panchamatiya, a trader near Satyam Colony, kept his hip-hop clothing shop running till 8 pm and Kayum Kasambhai Dhundhoya in five haats kept his shop called Hussain Pan till 7.30 pm. G.G. In front of the hospital, Vijay Rajubhai Kahuja also broke his time limit and started his own shop called Vijay Pan & Coldrick.

In addition, a man from Ferozepur, Yakub Baraiya, was caught red-handed last night. Shahnawaz Mamdbhai Fakir from Trikon Bagh in Dhrol and Pavanbhai Devsibhai Makwana and Kishanbhai Premjibhai Bagda from Shethwadala in Jamjodhpur taluka were caught kicking. They have been charged with breach of declaration.
